Male Neck Lift (Direct Necklift)

 

  
  Plastic surgery for men including necklift surgery is quite different from plastic surgery for women.  The thickness of male skin, the presence of a beard and other factors that affect healing lead to the option of "Direct Neck Lift" plastic surgery in our Beverly Hills plastic surgery office.  Men who do not want to undergo a facelift but are bothered by droopy neck skin ("turkey gobbler") can have a direct necklift without undergoing a full facelift.  The tradeoff for a fairly dramatic result is the presence of incision lines in the neck that are usually not noticed by others but are potentially visible.
